If you stop at an arbitrary repetition – like rep 6 or 9 & you could have done another, then you haven’t worked as hard as you could; falling short of giving 100% effort. This extra effort can make the difference between mediocre and great results.
@captain_pinchy@AndiBeeeee Agreed! A note especially during these times would’ve been right. But we didn’t call or tow. The plaza has a 30 minute zone monitored by landlords. Security monitors the carpark building also.
@DevlinRadioShow Hey Martin, facts first - we had no idea anyone was towed today and the parking in the plaza is monitored by security from the landlords- we have no authority over that. As for us not taking your number - that we apologise for. Good feedback for us to remind in our training.
@rowie_nz@AndiBeeeee Hey guys, as we mentioned above- we’re sorry to hear that, especially during this time. But we are closed to public and we don’t call the wardens- this is handled by the landlords that oversee the plaza.
We’ve always been committed to exemplary gym hygiene but as a result of Coronavirus we are, in consultation with clinical infectious diseases professional, taking these extra measures to further increase the hygiene level of our facilities and equipment.
