Watching spring hockey tournaments has me thinking.. is it playing a part in @HockeyCanada struggling at major events? It is glorified beer league hockey that has stacked teams playing in all star games with little effort. Does it do more harm for the players than good?

@northof40 @ALLIANCE_Hockey I was also stunned, especially his second half and playoffs where he was a water bug and scored some big goals. It won’t be the end of the road for him that’s for sure, he will get his chance to show off next year.

Sun county Panthers #41 Kieran McNally (RD) - big bodied dman, good movement and agility for size, blocks pucks, battles hard out front and is starting to round out his offensive game. Eliminates players along the boards and plays a sound defensive game.

Chatham Cyclones - #70 Derek Nevills started impressing me late in the year. He has a tall, slender frame. Skates very well, uses his body to create space. Flies down the wing, has very good effort and battles hard for the puck. Has a never give up attitude.
