Also so @UPS delivery drivers "don't come to the apartment front door for signatures" they only come to the lobby? But then they don't ask for an ID when signature is provided? MAKES NO SENSE. SIGNATURE DELIVERY IS AT THE ADDRESS -THAT INCLUDES APARTMENT NUMBER SO MY FRONT DOOR

oh and the @UPS driver last week scanned my package (also meds) as delivered and it was not, 20 mins later he arrived and SAID TO ME "oh yeah I was up the street so I scanned it in". @UPS has been a NIGHTMARE. Oh and "system was down today"

@UPS incompetence today. Literally was home when my sign for package came- buzzed the driver into the building and 2 mins later he just drove off. Did not come to my door. I even yelled out the window when I saw him leaving to wait after no contact and he left. It’s medication
