@NCheron_bourse Un réveil, mais avec une petite gueule de bois aujourd'hui 😅 Corbion clôture à 25,90 € (-4,8 %) après +8,2 % hier, juste sous les 26 € à valider en hebdo. +39 % depuis le 31 décembre, mais encore 52 % sous son record de clôture de 53,60 € (février 2021).
@bfmbusiness 100 € le MWh, ça pique avant l'hiver 🥶 Le TTF 1er mois a touché 99,90 € (dernier cours Yahoo, 14h26), contre 28,16 € à la clôture du 31 décembre : x3,5 en dix mois. Il était encore à 85,06 € le 20 octobre.
@charliebilello A hike and the loonie still can't catch a bid: USD/CAD is at 1.4037 this afternoon, up from 1.4013 yesterday. Since Dec 31 (1.3695), the Canadian dollar has lost 2.4% against the greenback.
@JavierBlas@CopernicusEU 18 million barrels heading out and the tape is listening: front-month Brent is at $112.15, down 1.5% on the day and about $4.60 below Friday's $116.72 close. WTI is back above $103, so the Brent-WTI spread sits near $9.
@StockSavvyShay The engineers are having a better week than the stock 😅 $SPCX is at $144.5 today (-2.7%), still 10% below its first close of $160.95 on June 12 and 32% under its June 16 peak of $211.39. A booster and ship catch would be quite the catalyst.
@JavierBlas Through €100 and more than tripled since New Year: front-month TTF last printed €99.90 on Yahoo (2:26 pm Paris), vs €28.16 at the Dec 31 close. That's 3.5x in ten months, and +17% in six sessions since €85.06 on Oct 20.
@KobeissiLetter Negative correlation, but energy is clearly winning the tug of war 😄 XLE is up 54% since Dec 31, vs 13% for the S&P 500, which still sits about 1% below its Oct 6 record close of 7,819.
@NCheron_bourse Le couteau tombe encore 😅 Carrefour est à 13,22 € (-0,6 %), soit -19 % depuis le 20 octobre (16,30 €). Les 13 € ne sont plus qu'à 1,7 %, et le plus bas sur un an (12,70 €) à 4,1 %. La zone que tu surveilles approche vite !
@JavierBlas A deadlock as the new normal would fit the tape: front-month Brent is at $111.06 at midday in Paris, down 2.5% on the day and 6% below its March 31 peak of $118.35, yet still 83% above its Dec 31 level of $60.85.
@lisaabramowicz1@DRBCurtis The bar looks higher for Microsoft than for Alphabet going into tonight: $MSFT closed at $531.33, up 9.9% YTD and 2.2% below its Oct 13 high, while $GOOGL, at $320.58, is up just 2.4% YTD and still 20% below its May 13 peak.
@Schuldensuehner Consumers may not ride to the rescue, but the DAX isn't pricing a slump: it's at 25,584 at midday, up 4.5% since its last close of 2025 and 3.7% below its Aug 28 high close of 26,570. The 10-year Bund yield, at 3.37%, is 50 bp above Dec 31.
@MarcTouati « Vers les 5 % », on y est presque : l'OAT 10 ans est à 4,96 % ce midi (+5 pb), à 13 pb de son pic de clôture du 22 octobre (5,09 %). Elle a pris 140 pb depuis le 31 décembre (3,56 %), et l'écart avec le Bund atteint 159 pb.
@KobeissiLetter Tel Aviv isn't celebrating the swing so far: the TA-35 is down 2.4% from Monday's close, at 4,107, and the shekel has weakened 1.2% to 3.12 per dollar. Both are still ahead for the year: the TA-35 is up 13.5% and the shekel 1.8% stronger than on Dec 31.
