@WorldFamousHot1 Im currently dieting atm and i find to curb any hunger (between meals) is a fizzy/carbonated drink obvs low cal/zero cal. I just go with some soda water and a zero cordial. Find the gas fills the gap. I have read in the past that half the time your hunger is actually thirst
