I'm really disappointed with my recent order from the official boAt website. The first pair of earbuds I received appeared to be used and had poor sound quality, so I requested a replacement. 1/3
@RockWithboAt@amangupta0303 I've always admired your journey and trusted the boAt brand because of it. But this experience has been deeply disappointing. I've now received two units that appear used, and I've had to chase support publicly just to get help.
@RockWithboAt I've shared all the requested images across multiple replies since X limits the number of images per post. The replacement unit clearly appears used, with visible dirt/marks, and the sound quality is also disappointing. I expect a proper resolution now @RockWithboAt
@RockWithboAt Hi @RockWithboAt, I'd be happy to share all the requested images, but your account doesn't allow DMs without X Premium. Also, X only allows 4 images per tweet. Please provide an email address or another support channel where I can send all the required photos.
Never expected a reputed brand like @RockWithboAt to deliver such a disappointing experience—used-looking replacement, no support option, no contact number, and no way to request another replacement.

Today I received the replacement, and it also has visible dirt/usage marks and appears used. To make things worse, I can't find any support option on the website to report this issue further.
