He wasn't playing against sticks ..... as a manager I would tell my defense just make sure CR7 don't get the ball.. that means an extra defender is free to press the attacking forwards. We'll and it works

His runs isolated him. If his runs were to support the team they would have been unpredictable and scored, maybe he wouldn't score but someone would have.

@minafuropeleke @TouchmineX Haaland got 30 touches... he was all over confusing the defense. They didn't think he would score because he was playing as a team player not just waiting for the ball. Norway mid was shit...but he helped. Get this if Bruno played for Norway he would have scored and assisted

He did press or look for the ball he waited for the ball, As a manager I'll tell my guy don't worry about Ronaldo he doesn't drop deep so just make sure he is isolated.
