@elonmusk whats up with Tesla insurance? I have loved it to the moon and back until I actually needed it. I had an incident with my non-Tesla which is on the policy. But a 7-10 business day process to even look, assess and approve damages before even starting the repair process is kinda dumb. I think anyone involved in any incident would like a little more care, sense of urgency, and follow-up. The adjusters need a little more empathy and customer care implementation. Just saying.
