BREAKING: The New York Times hits Donald Trump with a devastating Tuesday night bombshell, revealing that “Special Counsel Jack Smith subpoenaed surveillance footage from Trump’s Bedminster resort in New Jersey” just as he did for Mar-a-Lago.

But it gets even worse for Trump…

The New York Times continues, revealing that, “At one point in the early fall of last year, investigators went so far as to discuss executing a search warrant at Bedminster. Investigators were concerned that more documents were stashed at the club and the only way to account for them was to search the property.”

Even worse for Trump, the New York Times reports that “the top counterintelligence official at the Justice Department told Trump’s legal team that prosecutors believed that he still had more classified materials in his possession,” at his New Jersey resort — but Trump still refused to give them back.

Adding insult to injury, prosecutors say that Trump’s co-defendant in the case, Walt Nauta, loaded dozens of boxes of top secret documents from Mar-a-Lago onto a plane “that flew Trump and his family north for the summer” on the VERY SAME DAY that federal investigators showed up in Florida to collect all of the classified documents remaining there.

🚨🚨🚨Special Counsel Jack Smith has called for tapes that implicate Ted Cruz in attempts to overturn Biden's certification and he’s sweating bullets.

This is a big deal.

In the ongoing investigation by the Justice Department surrounding Trump's false claims of "voter fraud" — Smith want to rely on recordings made by former Fox News producer, Abby Grossberg to paint a clearer picture of the events that unfolded leading up to, and following, Trump's "big lie."

This seems like a pretty big f*cking deal.

And here’s the thing. Now that the DOJ has completed processing Trump in the classified document case, their focus will turn to election interference. Cruz has to be nervous because he’s going into overdrive smearing the DOJ.

While news broke in April about Cruz’ conversation with Fox host Maria Bartiromo suggesting a commission be created to look into "voter fraud," it’s very possible we could hear about a Ted Cruz indictment soon.

Cruz added at the time that he'd assembled 11 senators willing to join in on objecting to electoral certification, which would prompt a 10-day audit.

BREAKING: Traitor Sen. Kyrsten Sinema gets devastating news as former Speaker Nancy Pelosi throws her full support behind her primary challenger Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego.

Sinema was a Democrat until she abandoned the party last year. She has been steadily tacking rightward as she courting Big Pharma and other corrupt donors, focusing on her own career and wealth while stabbing her constituents in the back.

Gallego has brutally criticized Sinema for failing to do her job. He's a staunch Democrat who would represent the interests of real voters instead of the interests of powerful monied lobbyist groups.

Sinema's prospects for reelection seem to be dwindling and so far she has not even announced her intention to run again. Hopefully, she simply surrenders the seat and goes off to sell her soul for more money as a lobbyist somewhere.

She is a disgrace to this country and deserves to be relegated to the role of a minor distasteful footnote in the history books.

BREAKING: Donald Trump and Republican fascists get devastating news as the Supreme Court rules against their pet legal theory that state legislatures have authority to set election rules with little oversight from state courts — a major victory for democracy.

With a 6-3 vote, the court destroyed the "independent state legislature" theory that conservatives hoped would help them subvert the will of the people to steal elections.

This major decision, known as Moore v. Harper, will prevent the GOP from accumulating power unjustly through state legislatures. If the court had ruled in favor of the once-fringe theory, it would have drastically reworked America's election laws.

In a worst case scenario — which the Supreme Court has now cut off at the pass — the theory could have allowed state legislatures to control everything from congressional lines to how voters registers and cast ballots, all without Americans having legal recourse to oppose their decisions under state laws and constitutions. Authoritarian rule would have consolidated.

Right-wing judge Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch all dissented. It's worth noting that all three of these justices are now embroiled in massive corruption scandals. All of their opinions must be filtered through this lens.
