I think we should expect some chop consolidation down here in the $4-6 range $MTPLF maybe lower for a reasonable amount of time. So don’t expect a rocket ship back up to ATHs, it’s gotta find some ground first

@hillery_dan @PunterJeff The prefs should be considered liabilities since Strategy has dividend obligations on them. Strategy's metrics show their BPS as a ratio of their common shares (does not include prefs) and then shows prefs with their debt on the presentations

MSTR -> Roman Empire
BTC -> Territory
Sentiment -> the mob
Traders -> gladiators

Necessary to keep the mob happy but main goal of the empire is to expand its territory (own more BTC)

@HermesLux What if one bought on margin at a point where the dividend rate were higher than the margin rate of interest (cost to borrow). Essentially, an arb between the two rates.

Thinking of working on this but just curious before I start.. does anyone have calcs or charts on historical BTC/share and/or with future projections? With the convert bonds and preferreds, it seems difficult to really model out cleanly
