Call 1 - associate assured a callback from supervisor (no call from anyone it's day 3)
Call 2 - associate disconnected my call
Call 3 - I am unable to connect
Support was only provided by your branch staff.

Your agent disconnected my call and very very pathetic behavior from their end.
It's better I consider switching the bank.
Every instance I am having some onto some problem
@YESBANK Also to add to this, this concern was raised over call 5 days back and following up since then but no concrete help as of now.
2. Mail was raised 2 days back no first response also recived over the mail.
@YESBANK priorize customers customers will get you more customers.
