Absolutely pathetic service from @Zoomcar_India. Paid for delivery/pickup but it didn't show up on booking -> Booking went on hold -> Booked another car paying extra and again for delivery/pickup and it still asks me to pickup by myself.

What kind of fraud is this?

Bought a new Fossil watch from @myntra . The watch hasn't been working since the moment I unwrapped the package. Myntra rejected my return order stating I should take the watch to Fossil service centre. What sort of stupid customer service policy is this.

While things might always go wrong with orders it is always expected that you should provide the service to resolve such issues. @Pepperfry probably has the worst customer care service I have ever seen.
