📊 Key Points on Sri Lanka's 🇱🇰 General Election Seat Allocation:

⭕ 3.45% (100/29) National Vote - A party reaching 3.45% of the total national vote is guaranteed a national list seat.

⭕ 5% District Vote - A party must secure at least 5% of votes in a district to be eligible for any seats there.

⭕ +1 Seat for District Winner - The winning party in each district receives one additional seat, beyond proportional allocation of the rest.
