I’m so glad screencapped this. @Amazon clearly stated it was dropped off then changed it to pick up and charged me $12.99 when I had it dropped off because UPS never came to pick up.

@AmazonHelp @amazon Is there a way you can have the UPS driver come back to pick up the item without me having to manually cancel and redo the refund request? For 2 days in a row, there was an issue with the UPS pickup.
