On the 26th June, a beautiful summer’s day in Islamabad, Beloved Huzoor (aba) walked through the grounds, warmly greeting members of the Jama’at who had gathered with joy and anticipation.

These precious moments are a beautiful reminder of the love, peace and unity found through the blessed institution of Khilafat.

May Allah the Almighty enable us all to remain forever attached to Khilafat and to continue benefiting from its countless blessings. Ameen.

The Promised Messiah (as) on Humility

The Promised Messiah (as) said that a true believer must be free from arrogance and should have humility, meekness, and lowliness. He said that this was a special quality of those appointed by Allah, and that the Holy Prophet (sa) possessed this quality most of all. When one of his servants was asked how the Holy Prophet (sa) treated him, he replied that, in truth, the Holy Prophet (sa) served him more than he served the Holy Prophet (sa).

The True Sweetness of Worship

Hazrat Musleh Maud (ra) explains that while other religions emphasise outward forms of worship, the Holy Prophet (sa) was granted a form of worship that carries true pleasure within it. This sweetness is not found in singing or music, but in silent prayer, remembrance of Allah, praising His greatness, and humble supplication that moves the heart.

It is through such worship that love for Allah the Almighty increases. By following the noble example of the Holy Prophet (sa), believers should strive to reach this standard in prayer—only then can one truly be called a Muslim.

“Allahu Akbar” means “God is the Greatest.”

It’s said by over a billion Muslims daily — in prayer, in joy, in gratitude.

If someone only associates it with violence, that’s not “truth.” It’s their bias and a deliberate attempt to make extremists representative of the vast majority.

Funeral of Faheem ud Din Nasir Sahib

Faheem ud Din Nasir Sahib, a devoted missionary serving in Romania, passed away at the age of 52. Originally from near Qadian, he was a Moosi and graduated from Jamia Ahmadiyya as a missionary in 1996. Since 2006, he served in Romania, establishing the mission house and registering the Ahmadiyya community there. He learned the Romanian language and was appreciated by locals for his exceptional language skills.

His wife narrated that he was a deeply understanding individual, considerate of her emotions. He maintained a deep connection with Khilafat, was punctual in his prayers, and wrote regularly to Huzoor (aba). He trained his children well, instilling in them sincerity and strong moral values.

Despite suffering from cancer, he continued his missionary work, regularly engaging in tabligh and propagating Islam, including to doctors. He aimed to complete the translation of the Holy Quran into Romanian. Neighbours and community members alike expressed great sorrow at his passing, recognising his high moral standards, warmth, and love for all.

Huzoor (aba) remarked that he served exceptionally, rarely taking leave except once for the passing of his sister. He was always cautious in safeguarding the community’s funds, carried out his responsibilities diligently even during illness, and continuously worried about the welfare of the religion.

New Ahmadis recall that he sacrificed much to help others, viewing his work as a personal responsibility. He was not just a missionary but also a father figure to many, a lesson in devotion, sacrifice, and service. Faheem ud Din Nasir Sahib’s unwavering dedication, even in a foreign land, marks him as a martyr. May Allah elevate his status.

I sometimes wonder how ungrateful we can sometimes become. People are starving. Kids are starving to death. A slow, painful death.

When we consume our abundant food, we must thank Allah for all that He has provided us.
