I think bmc portal is made for playing with the common man and making fool of them from last so many months this site is not working and the corrupt officers is getting way to help illegal construction as on RTI reply they suggests people to visit this site but site is not working and between this period officers make the way for illegal construction owner to enter in the court to get stay.
