قرأت في كتاب قانون يُدرس في الجامعات السعودية أن الأب إذا قتل ابنه ما عليه أي عقوبة لا سجن ولا دية ولا أي شيء حرفياً، لكن اذا الأم قتلت ابنها عقوبتها الاعدام.
وكمان اذا الأم او أي شخص عادي قتل الابن بمشاركة ومساعدة الأب فيصير ما عليها عقوبة😅
