2 years ago lost our brother Barry to Bowel Cancer.
He was my hero. Teaching me to never give up!
I couldn’t sleep last night and I had a spontaneous thought to run a marathon.
I ran 16 miles in my 20s but always fancied trying a marathon.
Today Barry and I did 🥊💙

@found_courage That’s absolutely incredible! Amazing effort and courage to put your health first! Very uncomfortable for me too. We done a hill last night at night and girls weren’t comfortable going to the top. I said okay, let’s go back. That is new I didn’t care. No ego. Brilliant Mark 👌
