5-6 months for service is very common for them.
Trusting OLA is biggest mistake now a days.

Company is selling more then 10k new vehicle in a month but not able to provide services to there old Customers.
My bike is in service station from last 4 months.
And the best part is no on from ola team bother to reply on email’s.

Now being told battery is not in stock. No timeline given. Vehicle stuck at service center.This delay is unacceptable. Need immediate resolution.

@OlaElectric I’m getting same automated reply, my loan agreement signature is also not done yet, i followup with bank as well, but they don’t have any clue regarding loan, they are waiting for OLA team to respond.
