Dear God, thank You for always keeping me. I know there were times I didn’t understand what You were doing, but You always showed me why Your way was better. Continue to show me how good it can get. I trust You, even when it’s shaky God. Have Your way, and only Yours. Amen🩷
A PRAYER FOR GOD TO EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS BEFORE JULY ENDS
Dear God,
I'm not just asking you to meet my expectations this month, I'm asking you to exceed them. Do more than I thought to ask for. Show up in ways I didn't think to pray for. Answer in ways that are bigger, better, and more aligned than anything I could have planned.
I'll be honest: my expectations have been small lately. Disappointment has made me pray carefully, hope cautiously, and believe just enough to avoid devastation if nothing changes. But today I'm asking you to stretch my faith beyond what feels safe.
Exceed my expectations in my finances, relationships, purpose, peace, health, and hope. Let July end with me looking back in awe at what you did not just what I asked for, but what you gave beyond what I even thought to request.
You've always been a God who does more than I expected, more than I planned for, and more than I thought possible. Let July be the month I see that again.
Amen.
You're going to be okay. Don’t be embarrassed by your situation. Most people are covering up their situations with trips, pictures, and smiles. If you only knew how many people have been right where you are. The best advice I received is “Just keep living. God has you right where you need to be.” So no matter where you are right now, make a plan, ignore the distractions, focus on God, walk by faith, pray, and obey. It will get better! You’re going to be okay.
I never fully understood Isaiah 60:22 until seasons made me question God’s timing. “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” I used to think every delay meant God had forgotten me, every closed door was a “no,” and every unanswered prayer was silence. But looking back, He wasn’t ignoring me. He was preparing me. Some blessings can’t be rushed, and miracles happen only when our hearts are ready. God’s timing isn’t slow; it’s intentional. So if you’re waiting today, don’t give up. Keep praying, believing, and trusting, even when you can’t see what He’s doing. Miracles happen every day, and God can change your life in a moment. What feels delayed may simply be Him aligning everything at the perfect time.
Let’s pray:
Heavenly Father, As we come to You this Sunday morning in prayer, we give You glory, honor, and praise, for You are our everlasting hope. You give us the assurance in Your Word that all of our days are held in Your hands, and being secure in knowing this, we have true peace. Today, I am asking that You would increase the faith of Your people in these troubled times we’re living in. Many people are struggling, and at times we have the tendency to forget that You care about us in the midst of our problems. We forget that You have helped us through many of life’s challenges. We forget that You hold us in the palm of Your hand to keep us safe. And at times we forget how much You love us and how important we are to You. Help all of us to rejoice today in knowing how much You care for us, as the Holy Spirit continues to lead our way. As we worship You today and begin this new week, fill our hearts with Your peace, strengthen our faith, and remind us that Your mercies are new every morning. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
Let’s pray:
Heavenly Father, this morning I want to pray for us who are carrying more than anyone realizes. Those of us who look fine on the outside but feel like we’re barely holding ourselves together on the inside. Those of us who are tired not just physically tired, but mentally tired, emotionally tired, and spiritually tired.
Lord, I pray for us who feel like we have to control everything because life has taught us that if we don’t, things fall apart. Help us release the things we were never meant to carry and trust that You are still God even when we don’t have all the answers.
I also pray for us who are carrying heartbreak, disappointment, sadness, or silent struggles. Heal the places in our hearts that still ache. Remind us that this season is not our permanent address and that You are still working, even when we cannot see it.
For those of us who feel like giving up, remind us that surviving this far was not an accident. Replace our stress with peace, our fear with courage, our anxiety with trust, our depression with hope, and our heartbreak with healing.
Today, help us let go of what we cannot control and hold tightly to You, knowing that even when we can’t feel it, You are still present and still writing our story.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

7 Signs You’re Blocking Your Own Blessings Without Realizing It
1. You delay obedience even when God already told you what to do (1 Samuel 15:22)
Every time you postpone instructions, you postpone your breakthrough. Delay is disobedience disguised as caution. When God speaks, move—your blessing is tied to immediate obedience.
2. You allow fear to guide your decisions instead of faith (2 Timothy 1:7)
Fear shuts doors that God already opened. It limits your steps, your confidence, and your progress. When fear becomes your voice, blessings hide. Faith is the key that unlocks what God already prepared.
3. You hold on to relationships God already told you to release (Amos 3:3)
Staying connected to the wrong people blocks divine flow. When God wants to lift you, He separates you. Refusing to let go keeps you tied to cycles He is trying to break.
4. You complain more than you thank God (Philippians 2:14)
Complaining kills atmosphere. Gratitude creates access. When your words are negative, your doors close. A grateful heart attracts more, but a bitter heart repels blessings.
5. You refuse to sow or give when God prompts you (Proverbs 11:24)
Sometimes your next level is hidden inside a seed. Holding tightly keeps you in survival mode. Giving breaks stagnation, resets your heart, and unlocks supernatural supply.
6. You are not faithful with the little God put
in your hands (Luke 16:10)
Blessings grow through stewardship. If you mishandle small opportunities, God cannot trust you with larger ones. Excellence in the small creates access to the great.
7. You keep living in sin and hoping grace will cancel the consequences (Romans 6:1)
Grace forgives sin, but sin still blocks blessings. When you live in patterns God wants you to break, you tie your own hands. Purity and obedience open doors prayer alone cannot.
Sometimes the enemy isn’t blocking you—your habits are. Real change begins when you confront what is silently sabotaging you. Fix these areas,
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of a new day. As I begin this Tuesday, fill my heart with peace, wisdom, and strength. Guide my steps, protect me and my loved ones, and help me to walk in Your purpose.
Lord, grant me favor in all that I do today. Give me patience in challenges, courage in difficult moments, and a grateful heart in every situation. May Your light shine through me so that I can be a blessing to others.
I place my plans, work, and worries in Your hands, trusting that You are in control. Let Your grace go before me and Your protection surround me throughout the day.
In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen. 🙏✨
Guard your mouth carefully. Refuse to make permanent declarations about temporary problems. Situations change, seasons change, and God can turn things around in a moment. Keep declaring His goodness, His favor, and His faithfulness. The words you speak today are helping shape the atmosphere in which your faith grows tomorrow. Walk boldly, speak confidently, and expectantly trust God, knowing that His promises remain true long after every obstacle has disappeared.

Dear God,
Thank You for the gift of life and for the grace that carried us through the night. Thank You for waking us up this morning and giving us another opportunity to live, work, and grow.
As we step into today, guide our thoughts, our decisions, and our actions. Give us wisdom in our work, discipline in our responsibilities, and peace in every situation. Protect us from harm, guard our hearts from worry, and help us stay focused on what truly matters.
May Your favor go before us, Your strength sustain us, and Your blessings rest upon us and our families. Let the work of our hands prosper, and may everything we do bring glory to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray
Good morning, Lord. Thank You for the gift of another day. Go before us and make every crooked path straight. Let doors of favor open where there were walls, and let Your peace guard our hearts throughout this day in Jesus name.🙏🏾
Even in this, God is still in control.
What may look like confusion to us is not confusion to God. What catches us by surprise has never caught Him by surprise. He is still seated on the throne, still all-powerful, still faithful to His promises, and still working all things together for the good of those who love Him.
Do not allow fear to speak louder than your faith. Do not let today's challenges make you forget yesterday's testimonies. The same God who brought you through difficult seasons before will bring you through this one as well.
When you cannot trace His hand, trust His heart. When you do not understand His ways, remember His character. God has not abandoned His people. He is still leading, protecting, providing, and fighting battles that you cannot see.
Whatever you are facing today—whether it is sickness, financial pressure, family struggles, disappointment, or uncertainty—hold on to God. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep trusting His Word.
Even in this, God is still in control.
"The Lord has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all." — Psalm 103:19
May God strengthen your heart, fill you with His peace, and remind you that no situation is greater than His power. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏🏾❤️
