Three tiers, frozen by snapshot at open and never changed:

▸ FOUNDER, the 10 earliest who never pulled a token: 2.0x, 1.8% a day
▸ COMMITTED, anyone who staked past the 3M cap: 1.5x, 1.35% a day
▸ STAKER, everyone else: 1.0x, 0.9% a day

Rewards do not compound into your base. That is deliberate. It makes the runway an exact number instead of a guess.

Season 2 opens the following week with fresh capacity. Tiers carry over. Being early is permanent.
