@endhi_peekedhi@Sekhar1077989 these are Sree Krishnas own words to arjuna in the drona vadha parva... pls read the Mahabharata...I suggest the bibek debroy version... Or google how many times krishna praised karna to arjuna. I have the greatest respect for our history. I know what I'm doing. Wait for part 2.
Finally watched the highly acclaimed Telugu film #SingGeetham from a 94 year old Legend and it lives upto the hype. Being the most commercial film industry in the country, Telugu Cinema still has the appetite to experiment.

#SingGeetham is a film that has so much to say about people, nature and the world around us, all wrapped up in a fun and engaging musical. I laughed, hummed along, got emotional, and by the end genuinely felt for every character on screen.
Singeetam Srinivasa Rao garu is simply built different. The genius, the imagination, and the constant urge to push cinema forward are all over this film. G. O. A. T
And what a lovely tribute from @nagashwin7, @SankalpGora, @SwapnaCinema and team to a master storyteller.
Pure cinema. Pure heart. Don’t miss this one.
PS: A special mention to my dear friends #GautamiChallagulla from the writing team and #ShaliniKondepudi , who played Renu. We were all students together at @uohcomm, and seeing them contribute so beautifully to a film like this fills me with immense pride❤️

If ‘THE UMBRELLAS OF CHERBOURGH’ met ‘KGF’ then it’s ‘SING GEETHAM’!!
the oldest active living movie director made another banger at the age of 94… Singeetham Sir❤️🔥
what a beautiful film that encapsulates everything wrong with industrialization in today’s time. beyond just the environmental repercussions, how it can consume even the best of us and slip us away from the human nature within us and infect us with the biggest disease of them all…greed.
‘SING GEETHAM’ beautifully hits those burning issues by creatively utilizing the musical genre. the dialogues (or should I say lyrics) aren’t being subtle and that’s what makes it amazing. the soul of this film is DSP and his stunning score. without him, this movie genuinely may have not worked to the extent it did. every dialogue sung from the moment the conflict gets introduced is so well placed and captures that emotional and comedic catharsis our characters are going through.
the entire cast was terrific, especilly ahilya and ayaan who were so on point in every scene. cinematography by ankur is amazing and the way he moves the camera played a huge role in landing a lot of those comedic moments.
it’s insane to me that a 94 year old legend had to come back and reintroduce the idea of creating cinema that is honest with no shackles attached. who would’ve thought we would get a full fledged musical in 2026 from Telugu Cinema, sorry, Indian Cinema.
and of course, @SankalpGora you’ve already gotten so much love the past week, but here’s some extra for you. so happy and proud to see your work on the big screen. i can literally see the exact moments in certain scenes where it would’ve been your touch and those moments i smiled very hard. this is only the beginning brother, TFI is going to be so happy to have you!!
