2. Reduce Income Tax Rate Cap Amendment (SB 1080) — Lowers the constitutional cap on income taxes from 7% to 3.5%.

3. Require Voter Identification Amendment (SB 921 / SL 2024-58) — Requires photo ID for ALL voters (extending beyond in-person to mail/absentee ballots).
