@fallingstarz12 I think the real trick for the average person to gain weight is having maintenance calorie intake for meals, then enjoying snacks often. But idk probably depends on metabolism & appetite

I manage to maintain a good weight via just scrambled eggs for bf, a chicken wrap yogurt & an apple, then salmon and rice (somewhat big portion) for din, with often meat sticks as a snack. But ya gotta just track calories & learn what is alot
