Hi Everyone, from last week we are seeing unanticipated drinking water supply timings at prashanth nagar langerhouse. If it is a prior intimation it will help full for people

[Nagu @Nagu_hyd]

@KotakCares I didn't get a resolution for my other queries as well. @KotakBankLtd team said they will respond back over mail but not did.

[Nagu @Nagu_hyd]

It is very annoying that @KotakBankLtd doesn't have a toll free customer care and registered email ID for regular customers. I am trying to reach them for my CC issue but unable reach them #poorcustomerservice #kotakbank
#creditcard
#banking @RBI @custonercare

[Nagu @Nagu_hyd]

@KotakCares 18602662666 is a chargeable call not toll free. @KotakBankLtd should need to have toll free numbers for regular customers. @RBI

[Nagu @Nagu_hyd]

I am not getting proper resolution. Wasting my time in ... Mail #poorcustomer

[Nagu @Nagu_hyd]

@cheated by @Swiggy delivered normal shawarma instead of special. Their chat bot is not understanding the problem and time waste.
