Anyone else experiencing terrible service with regards to @Fastway_SA? They don’t answer their phone lines, they don’t respond on WhatsApp. The status of my delivery has remained the same since the 29th March. Temu made the biggest mistake using them as a service provider.
@SunCityResortSA and @SunVacationClub have a lot to learn about complaints resolution and customer service..3 days waiting for the General Manger to contact us regarding an issue experienced. Quick to sell though, but no after sales service. Own 3 timeshares &so disappointed.
