In the ongoing rape and murder trial BRT Driver Andrew Ominnikoron has been accused of rape, a prosecution witness says she was raped on 25th November 2021 after she closed from work and boarded a BRT.

Uche Igwe, a broadcaster, has been arraigned for allegedly sharing the video of the 10 year old Chrisland Schools Students engaging in sexual intercourse.

He has been charged with two counts of Cyber Stalking and Breach of Peace. Charges which he has pleaded not guilty to.

In a complete farce of justice, a state high court sitting in Makurdi, Benue State has acquitted Andrew Ogbuja who was accused on the charges of rape which caused the death of 13 year old Ochanya Ogbanje. While Felicia Felicia Ochiga-Ogbuja has been found guilty of negligence.
