5) on taking a follow up after days. They still have no solution.

4) I got a call from Swiggy team After 2 days stating they do not have any solution, and if I need refund i need to send an email

2) my replacement order was on Cod ( as per the delivery executive) who told me to take refund from Swiggy if the initial order was prepaid.
