@agodaindia Sir, unfortunately I am repeatedly getting the same standard answer(email). I want to understand the exchange rate used by Agoda to calculate the INR amount, if you are unable to answer please provide me details for higher authority who can answer this question.

@agodaindia I made a “Book Now Pay Later” booking for Singapore hotel in SGD 289, when I booked the exchange rate quoted was ~61.80. But when I made the actual payment the exchange rate quoted was ~64.87, when the prevailing rate is only 61.94. I want to understand this math.

@agodaindia They just told me factually that the exchange rate is higher, they haven’t explained me how 64.87 is charged when the prevailing rate is only 61.94

Query on Hardship Rent in case of redevelopment
1. Hardships rent received as free of tax
2. I receive HRA in salary, can I claim as part of rent paid
3.interest on loan taken on the same property
Can I claim all 3 above components
