After my visit to districts I realised that they were complaining about lack of sanction of budgets under various heads but upon checking after my return to headquarters it was revealed that there was acute shortage in awareness about the procedure for claiming bills and the way they have to be accounted for.

Therefore, a training of trainers programme has been started in dgp office to explain to them in what manner the bills have to be presented , the timelines and the way they have to be checked . Hope the situation improves after this.

జిల్లాల పర్యటనల సందర్భంగా వివిధ బడ్జెట్ హెడ్స్ లో నిధులు మంజూరు కావడం లేదని పలువురు అధికారులు నా దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చారు. అయితే, ప్రధాన కార్యాలయానికి తిరిగి వచ్చిన తర్వాత దీనిపై సమగ్రంగా పరిశీలించగా, బిల్లులను ఎలా క్లెయిమ్ చేయాలి, వాటిని ఏ విధంగా అకౌంటింగ్ చేయాలి అనే ప్రక్రియపై తగిన అవగాహన లేకపోవడమే ప్రధాన కారణమని తెలిసింది. ఈ సమస్యకు పరిష్కారం చూపేందుకు డీజీపీ కార్యాలయంలో "ట్రైనింగ్ ఆఫ్ ట్రైనర్స్" కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రారంభించాం. ఈ శిక్షణలో బిల్లులను ఏ విధంగా సమర్పించాలి, ఏయే గడువులను తప్పనిసరిగా పాటించాలి, అలాగే వాటిని ఎలా పరిశీలించి ధృవీకరించాలి అనే అంశాలను సవివరంగా వివరిస్తున్నారు.

ఈ శిక్షణ అనంతరం పరిస్థితిలో గణనీయమైన మెరుగుదల వస్తుందని ఆశిస్తున్నాను.

నేరాలు ఎక్కువగా జరిగే ప్రాంతాలను గుర్తించడం, డీకాయ్ ఆపరేషన్లు నిర్వహించడం, ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ఐ కేసుల పర్యవేక్షణను మరింత బలోపేతం చేయడం, అలాగే పాఠశాలల్లో అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలను విస్తృతంగా నిర్వహించాలని సంబంధిత బృందాలను ఆదేశించారు.

మహిళల భద్రతే... మా ప్రాధాన్యత.

The State Government's Minority Affairs Secretary has issued a Government Order leasing 5,220 square yards of land belonging to the Urdu Academy to a private company for 30 years.

The Secretary has no power to do so. Such a decision must be approved by @TelanganaCS after issuing a public notice and inviting suggestions and objections. This entire procedure has been bypassed.

This order must be cancelled at the earliest. @revanth_anumula

✳️ఈ సందర్భంగా సీపీ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ.. ఊరేగింపు డబీర్‌పురాలోని బీబీ-కా-ఆలం అషూర్ ఖానా నుండి ప్రారంభమై ఎత్తేబార్ చౌక్, కోట్ల అలిజా, పంజేశా, మీరాలం మండి, చార్మినార్, గుల్జార్ హౌస్, పురానీ హవేలీ, దారుషిఫా మీదుగా సాగి చాదర్‌ఘాట్‌లోని మజీద్-ఎ-ఇలాహి వద్ద ముగుస్తుందని వివరించారు.

✳️ఊరేగింపునకు వచ్చే వారిని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని స్పష్టమైన ట్రాఫిక్ మళ్లింపు ప్రణాళికను అమలు చేయడంతో పాటు, తగిన వాహన పార్కింగ్ సదుపాయాలను కల్పిస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. శాంతిభద్రతల పరిరక్షణ కోసం రాపిడ్ యాక్షన్ ఫోర్స్ తో పాటు అదనపు పోలీస్ ప్లాటూన్లను మోహరిస్తున్నామన్నారు. మహిళల రక్షణ కొరకు షీ టీమ్స్, టాస్క్ ఫోర్స్ బృందాలతో నిరంతరం నిఘా కొనసాగుతుందని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

✳️గత అనుభవాలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని, ఎలాంటి అవాంఛనీయ సంఘటనలు జరగకుండా ఊరేగింపు సజావుగా సాగేందుకు అన్ని రకాల ముందస్తు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు.

✳️ఊరేగింపులో పాల్గొనే ఏనుగు భద్రత, సంరక్షణపై ప్రత్యేక మార్గదర్శకాలను జారీ చేశారు. ఊరేగింపునకు ముందే ఏనుగును నగరానికి తీసుకువచ్చి తగిన విశ్రాంతి కల్పించాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు. ఊరేగింపు సమయంలో ఏనుగు చుట్టూ తగినంత బఫర్ జోన్ ఉండేలా చూడాలని, ప్రజలు దానికి సమీపంలోకి రాకుండా వాలంటీర్లు తగిన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. అత్యవసర పరిస్థితులను ఎదుర్కొనేందుకు వీలుగా జూలాజికల్ పార్క్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఒక పశువైద్య బృందాన్ని, ట్రాంక్విలైజర్ (Tranquilizer) ను అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలని కోరారు.

✳️మొత్తం ఊరేగింపు మార్గాన్ని సీసీ కెమెరాల ద్వారా బంజారాహిల్స్ లోని కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్ నుండి పోలీస్, ఇతర ప్రభుత్వ విభాగాల ఉన్నతాధికారులు ఉమ్మడిగా నిరంతరం పర్యవేక్షిస్తారని తెలిపారు.

✳️షియా కమ్యూనిటీ ప్రతినిధులు లేవనెత్తిన రోడ్ల మరమ్మతులు, విద్యుత్ వైర్ల క్రమబద్ధీకరణ, తాగునీటి సరఫరా, పారిశుధ్యం తదితర సమస్యలను జి.హెచ్.ఎం.సి, జలమండలి, విద్యుత్ శాఖల సమన్వయంతో తక్షణమే పరిష్కరిస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.

Today, I had the opportunity to address the Arrive Alive programme organised by the Siddipet Commissionerate of Police, an important initiative aimed at promoting safer roads and responsible road behaviour.

Every year, nearly 8,000 people lose their lives in road accidents in Telangana. Most of these tragedies are preventable and are often the result of speeding, distracted driving, ignoring traffic rules, or driving without proper safety gear.

The message of Arrive Alive is simple yet powerful: No destination is worth risking your life for. Road safety is a shared responsibility. While enforcement and infrastructure are important, lasting change comes from individual responsibility and a culture of safe driving.

Let us all make a conscious choice to slow down, stay alert, follow traffic rules, and look out for one another on the road.

Together, we can save lives and make our roads safer for everyone.

DGP C.V. Anand, IPS revived the "Staff Officers Meeting" a fortnightly forum for senior officers of the DGP office and HODs to discuss policies, programmes, and inter-departmental issues. The practice had fallen into disuse, resulting in a visible coordination gap across wings of the department.
The inaugural meeting covered a wide agenda maintenance of a structured database of foreign domestic workers for better monitoring and security, CCTNS 2.0, technology-driven policing, and the adoption of AI, drones, and data intelligence systems.

The administrative framework for the upcoming Traffic Management and Road Safety Bureau and other new wings was also discussed. DGP Anand emphasised implementing the Women's Summit recommendations to improve gender parity and working conditions for women police personnel.
Other matters taken up included association elections, manpower and vehicle audits, welfare fund audits, and the reorganisation of the 4 Commissionerates.
