@jonbrooks Jon, those numbers seem off. $2700/mo mortgage? Where?? I'm in southeast FL. Not a property in this county where a mortgage is less than $3500, and even that is optimistic when you factor in taxes and insurance.
Likewise, rents here start at $3K.
