You debit my account on random days, charge 200 fees and yet suspended my services.
Now I can't even check up on my parents. Can someone fix this?

@TelkomZA @TelkomZA even now my services are still not working, I called again and the agent tells me to wait another 5 to 24 hours because yesterday the agent that assisted me did not escalate my issue
