At the Rose Namayanja Foundation, we believe that socio-economic empowerment is key to transforming lives. That's why we’ve established two demonstration farms one in Kasangombe and the other in Semuto Sub-county.
Our goal is to help farmers increase their production, productivity, and profitability, improving their livelihoods and building stronger communities. By empowering local farmers with the skills and knowledge they need, we are driving lasting socio-economic change across Uganda.
Through our Cookstove Project, RNF is transforming lives by providing families with improved cookstoves that reduce smoke-related illnesses and environmental damage. Over 1,200 stoves have been distributed to rural households, making homes safer and healthier.

By giving people the tools to support themselves, we are creating long-term positive change in these communities.
In 2024, RNF's socio-economic empowerment programs focused on equipping young people, especially women, with the skills needed to improve their livelihoods. Skills Training Program:30 young women were trained in advanced textile & garment production in partnership with the UIRI
Greater Luwero Poultry Project: This project supports local families in poultry farming, helping them become financially self-reliant. By providing resources & training
