💔 Heartbreaking account from Karnataka’s SIR exercise.

A single mother and Booth Level Officer (BLO) broke down in tears while describing the mental harassment she faces daily.

She works 8 to 10 long hours on SIR voter revision duties, then waits for buses to return home all while worrying about her childrens.

“What if something happens to my kids? Who is responsible?” she asked, her voice choked with emotion.

This is not just about electoral work. It is about the silent struggles of single parents and women serving as the backbone of our democracy on the ground. Clean voter lists matter but not at the cost of the mental health and family safety of those doing the difficult fieldwork.

The Election Commission, state administration, and local authorities must ensure reasonable working hours, proper transport support, and basic welfare for BLOs.

These officers deserve to return home safely to their children every day.

@normaly_abnorml Whatever it is , my first choice would go to Kannada and not any other language movies. Even though if I feel to watch other language movies , I watch it in dubbed version in Kannada. And I don't give much preference to other language movies.
