BI（例えば毎月8万円支給とか）によって、皆さんの生活が最低限保証され、少し余裕が生まれると、好きなことを仕事にできたり、よりクリエイティブなことに時間を使えたりで、結果として労働生産性が上がり、収入も消費も増え、全体的な経済効率がプラスになるのでは？という考え方です。（つづく）
