Most of the time, it's because someone posts them in a group I joined just for fun. You know how group admins or accounts get hacked, and suddenly the group is filled with random graphic content that has absolutely nothing to do with what the group was originally about.

I know how to avoid them, so I end up seeing fewer of those posts. But somehow, they always find their way back into my algorithm.

It genuinely fucks with my head how FB relatives keeps sharin n shoving the most vile shit onto my newsfeed with absolutely no warning. Corpses, rape, pedophilia, murder, gore, scandals, you name it. Half the time it's posted by random anonymous accounts and it's just... there.🤢

Ngl, I sometimes wonder if part of the reason I dropped out is because I've always been stronger academically than Emotionally. People say emotional intelligence helps you handle conflict, process emotions, and grow as a person, and I feel like that's something I lack💀 goodbye
