@Weylandt We used a combination of different topic modeling models to extract themes. Specifically, LDA, NMF for topic cross-validation, and CTM to account for correlations between topics, and LLMs (read claude) to help summarize documents to the generated themes.

Looking at individual satisfaction metrics, Most participants (49.4%) are dissatisfied with Rewards and Recognition in the workplace. Whilst 56% are satisfied with their work environment.
The #NamibiaWorkplaceSatisfaction reveals interesting contrasts: The Transportation & Logistics sector boasts the highest level of satisfaction with 67%, while Education struggles with the highest dissatisfaction rate at 50%.
