Go well, Lt. Gen Hawala! Hard decisions had to be made to save SWAPO. It's naive to believe that South Africa never infiltrated SWAPO with spies. It's even more disingenuous to believe that SWAPO's security apparatus missed all the real spies and only arrested innocent people.

Recently when I attended the NamPort Social Investment Fund Gala Dinner, one of the senior officials who has been involved with Ma /Gaisa music genre spoke well. He said this year entry in the festival will include singers from all over Namibia. Good news🙏🙏 indeed.

Therefore as promised in our SWAPO Party Election Manifesto, the creative industry’s equivalent of the OSCAR Namibian Annual Music Awards (NAMAs) MUST be organized by the end of this year 2025.

Gov't has spent N$179m on solar energy so far, in which 5709 renewable energy technologies and 93 grid connections were made through its Solar Revolving Fund. The Mines Ministry says among the beneficiaries are teachers, public servants, farmers, and pensioners in rural areas.

In my opinion, it is wrong to put on auction primary residence of someone that has paid for it for over 10 years when they default for less than 6 months for example. The auctioning price is usually a pittance. Let’s afford such a person ample time to restructure their repayment.

Therefore whilst we are working on implementing a necessary legislative intervention, I wish to appeal to financial institutions et al to pause this inhumane practice. Shelter is a human right too.
