The closest RE game to being "universally" liked is RE4 original, though even that's blamed for changing the series too much.

Some people think RE should have never switched from fixed camera and tank controls, some have only played 7-9, some prefer the remakes regardless of their issues, some probably only like OG RE4 and nothing else.

wsappx was using 4 gigs of RAM, fixing that fixed the whole issue.

I'm pretty certain those sentences were supposed to have em dashes in spots, and they simply forced the tool to omit them.
