@HoustonISD Please make sure schools are ready with working heat when students and staff return. The job cuts of maintenance workers have directly impacted the classrooms. Continuous HVAC issues seem to be the norm now. No one is taking accountability for it. No heat, no school.

1. What was the cause of the “outage”?
2. Why were there no redundancies in place to prevent the issue?
3. Has any data been leaked?
4. What is the timeline for resolution?
5. What are going to do to resolve people’s needs to access to their funds IMMEDIATELY while you fix YOUR problem

You are a BANK. You have a FIDUCIARY DUTY to let your customers know what is going on. Your accounts contain OTHER PEOPLE’s MONEY. We DO NOT have to just wait for you to “figure it out”.

This “update” is UNACCEPTABLE!
