We’ve got 2 vehicles that are part of the @GM airbag recall but when we call our dealer to schedule we’re told there’s a chance our dashboard can crack/break and that repair would be on us. How is this “free” if we might have out of pocket expenses for YOUR defect? Big fat fail!

@SouthwestAir We are traveling, but because we booked tickets for the first wedding scheduled date in June of 2020 and the new date is July of 2021 we’re less than a month outside of the one year time period for using the credit. We want to use the credit, we just can’t because of SWA rules.
