@AmazonFresh why are orders packed over 3 hours before the delivery time? I ordered 2 items from Whole Foods and 1 was out of stock bc of the early hour it was packed. I was charged $10 for delivery for a $3 item! Shoppers should have the right to cancel these orders

@madebygoogle 2 days have come and gone with no explanation as to why I do not have video after 5 nest camera subs and my cc charged or why I never notified of my plan being canceled. It’s the wknd so Wondering if I’ll hear anything on my open case. Not asking for nat’l secrets

@madebygoogle and after being charged $390 instead of $75 I still have no security video. Only still shots! The person on DM will not respond to the question of when video will be there. I am fuming after dealing all day with this.

@madebygoogle I ordered a subscrip yesterday bc for some reason my 5+ year subscrip ended wo any notification. I subscribed for 5 cameras for a total of $75. Instead today I have been billed $65 for 6 cameras for $390 being told this a mnthly charge! DM is not helping at all!
