I have spent hours talking hours trying to resolve things. There have been numerous problems. Is it possible to talk to a supervisor? I am ready to cancel the service because I am so frustrated.
Just started new service with Verizon. I have had the WORST customer service and have spent hours on the phone with them trying to resolve issues. I’m so sorry I switched carriers. No way to reach a supervisor who can fix anything!!! @VerizonSupport@verizon
