Ashley Flynn deserved better. Alleigha Botner had an affair with Ashley’s husband. Jurors then heard messages in which Botner said she wanted to kill Ashley and suggested hiring someone to “take [her] out.” Botner testified that she didn’t mean the first statement. I still have serious questions about what she knew before Ashley was killed.

Ashley asked to meet her. Alleigha said no. She admitted she couldn’t face her. COWARD

They weren’t just sneaking around. They were calling Ashley “douchebag.” They bonded over hating her. Matching tattoos. Deadlines for him to leave. Tens of thousands of texts. She wanted him.
Ashley was in their way.

Now she says “I hate him” because she believes he murdered his wife.
Both things can be true.
She can be horrified but she is also trying to wash her name off a murder case that will follow her forever.

Lying to the FBI at first to protect her reputation wasn’t confusion. That was self-preservation.

Declining to sit across from Ashley wasn’t “too busy.” That was cowardice.

Make no f-cking mistake. This mistress felt validated and special every single time Caleb expressed his deep-seated anger and disgust toward his own wife, the mother of his children.

In her sick and twisted mind, his hatred for Ashley meant he loved HER. That he was choosing HER.

The more he degraded his wife, the better she felt. The more he talked about wanting Ashley dead, the more she felt chosen.

It didn’t disgust her. It was exactly what she wanted and needed to hear.

Because that is literally not the stated purpose of a filing for dismissal. For example, I did not address or as you would say “contest” Brigitte Macron’s claims that she is a woman in my filing for dismissal out of Delaware courts. Because we are arguing the filing in and of itself is defective as it is in the wrong state.
You keep relying on people being completely ignorant of how the court process works to lie to the public about what is happening. It’s a good thing they listen my podcast and not whatever it is you and Andrew think you do daily, so I can break down why it would be wholly inappropriate for them to contest anything other than the charges they are attempting to get immediately dismissed (in this case, charges 1, 6, and 7) before those arguments are decided on by the court.
