@ToscaKilloran@AirCanada Good luck getting a response from @AirCanada by DM. They completely ignored my DM for the last 8 days. Until you can log a PIR report, you are stuck. I spent 34 hours on the phone over 17 days before someone was competent enough to assist me with a PIR. So sad!
@AirCanada@AirCanada - are you even checking your DMs since you are asking customers to contact you that way? I’ve been disconnected (intentionally!) 4 times by your offshore call center. Your customer dis-service needs some work. No one responds to your DMs.
Cancelled flights or lost bags? Log an online complaint with @USDOT. Day 15 of lost bags & neither @AirCanada or @KLM will step up & take responsibility. Both point me to the other airline, then disconnect the call. DOT requires a response from airlines & can impose violations.:)
Come on @AirCanada and @klm - you can do better! You lost my bag on 6/21 and won’t answer the phone, email, or tweets. IF I can get through, you disconnect the call after 60 minutes. KLM claims Air Canada has my bag and Air Canada claims KLM has it. #MontrealConvention
Seems @AirCanada outsourced their call center offshore to help with the luggage backlog, and barely trained these people. Going on 11 hours on hold. The new offshore reps can’t even provide consistent information. I’m feeling embarrassed for the Air Canada CEO, Michael Rousseau.
@KLM Sounds super easy, but @KLM claims they can’t find me in their system so I can’t create a PIR report. @KLM pushes me back to @AirCanada who won’t answer the phone. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the phone agent refused to help. Wish someone would step up and help. :(
@tpgnick - great article on lost baggage! If an airline re-routes you on another carrier, who is responsible for lost baggage? @AirCanada and @KLM_UK blame each other and neither will help find my lost bag - going on day 14 without help. Thanks.
@AirCanada - how can we reach you when no one answers your phone or email and it’s a recorded message stating no one is available to help? You lost my bags over 9 days ago, provided a claim tracking number which is wrong, and now avoid all contact?
