BUYER BEWARE!! Spectrum quoted pricing at the retail store. In the confirmation email received, the pricing and terms were different. Called them and they refused to honor the quote. BAIT AND SWITCH!! Spectrum (Charter Communications) cannot be trusted.

@EvoX_Nano That is exactly the problem. The quote I received from the retail store said that the pricing would be in place for 3 years. However, the email confirmation said two years for 2 years for two items and the cell would change in 1 year.

@Ask_Spectrum 3) I want what i was told I would receive. I would have never changed my cell phone service to Spectrum (Charter Communications) given what i received in email. The rep on phone was no help.

I would not have gone through the pain of moving my cell service to Spectrum (it took several hours!) had they not provided desirable terms. BAIT AND SWITCH - BUYER BEWARE! Spectrum (Charter Communications) cannot be trusted.
