We would like to announce Elizabeth Bell will retire from the @BCPVPA on Nov. 1, after 5.5 yrs as a Director of PLD. She enriched school leadership & professional development with her passion for building a thriving learning community. We’ll miss Liz greatly & wish her the best!

The more I think about it, the more I feel written feedback by a lesson observer is 90% about the needs/ego of the observer - showing what they know. Instead - meet, share perspectives and, only then, agree a short plan of action. That's what it's all about.
