@comcastcares Thanks. I talked to reps who said I can't "switch out channels." I'd have to upgrade (more $). @Xfinity needs a "pick your channels package". I have 3 kids. Why can't I negotiate? You take back ALL of your included Showtime channels & give me just ONE @DisneyJunior channel.
