@AmtrakNECAlerts@Patrick09335545 Still answering this thread and none of the others … No offense to this poster, but people have been trapped on trains for hours.
@AmtrakNECAlerts The one reply from Amtrak is regarding a train ride several days from now. How about responding to the passengers stuck on trains right now?
@TrueCrimeGal85 They now cannot use the story they used in the opening statement. They can’t say “he found her dead and panicked” because there was no testimony on that. So they have to focus on the state not proving an actual murder.
@XoxoAudrey4ever@Lizbethne30 However, Tipton said we would hear proof that he went back upstairs and found her dead, and the only one who could testify to that is him. So now they can’t say that in closing because it never came in as testimony. Tipton can’t use any of the opening in his closing at all.
@KingdomRadioTX@FKR102445 They were/are? trying to bring in a rebuttal dog bite witness to prove the bites were not Chloe’s/Clara’s, so I actually think that IS their stance. This makes no sense to me. Are the bites from a random dog, Chloe/Clara, or the Lexus?
