I touched base with @LOCAL444UNIFOR’s Dave Cassidy this morning. We spoke about the illegal blockades that are disrupting supply chains, endangering jobs, and threatening our economy. We’ll continue to stand up for workers – and be there to help get this situation under control.
“The reality is if the parts aren’t in, the line isn’t going to run and workers will be sent home and they become collateral damage to the protest,” Cassidy said.
We have real supply chain issues it is very volatile.
We need a resolution so EVERYONE can get back to work.”
